Note: This Webinar session will be held online via Zoom. Our Micro-Learning sessions are designed to maximise the benefit of "face" time while balancing the attention span of the online format. There is no compromise in content or learning activities, which we have ensured is the same as in our face-to-face programmes.

Micro-Learning Session
How do you get your colleagues and partners to communicate and cooperate effectively? It takes more than back-and-forth requests, internal deadlocks and bottlenecks, threats of missing deadlines, or using incentives. The desire to collaborate and accomplish things together must come from within.
During this session, we will explore how you can turn on the “switch” that gets your colleagues to shift their focus not just on their own work areas, but on the team’s goals. Discover how to stimulate a fully committed team who can prioritise working together. Understand the driving forces of each team member and how to utilise their natural motivation towards common interests.
  • Gain awareness into what activates different individuals to want to do well in their work
  • Create a working environment where everyone genuinely wants to contribute and cooperate fully
  • Facilitate sustained collaboration using common goals and interests
  • Boost relationships and team spirit by enhancing communication
  • Create a new mind-set towards the team’s daily interactions
