In this highly practical workshop, you'll experience how to set up and run a virtual meeting in a learning-by-doing format. You’ll learn what you need to consider in setting up and preparing for online meetings, including lighting, sound, backdrops and personal appearance. By practicing in a fun and safe environment, you can experiment with running the session and utilizing the myriad of tools available to aid group involvement.

In a city that values convenient transport, ease for getting together, and being physically present in the office, the sudden change in work practices has brought about its own concerns.
In this interactive session, we’ll explore the common challenges for teams working remotely and look at ways to put virtual management and team building into practice immediately. We’ll discuss what team leaders need to consider to ensure your people CAN work from home efficiently and effectively. In addition, you’ll practice coaching and managing team members remotely.

Registration closes 1 week before the scheduled course date. If a minimum number of participants have not registered 1 week before the date of the course, we may cancel or reschedule the course. Course fees are due and payable upon registration and must be paid before the course. 
Please honor your commitment! Mark your calendar and inform your boss/team that you will be occupied. Last minute cancellations can drastically affect the group dynamic of the course. You may cancel or reschedule up to 2 weeks before the course with a charge of 20% of the standard course fee. Later cancellations or rescheduling are subject to a charge of the entire fee. If you fail to attend the course, your enrolment will be considered cancelled, and no refunds will be issued. Dew-Point reserves the right to reschedule/cancel any public courses with prior notice.
